How much is shipping?

Shipping is now calculated on checkout based on dollar amount of total order, and country of destination (shipping is now open to the UK, most of Europe, Australia, and New Zealand!). Sales tax will be calculated for residents of California.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

As of 5/07/08 items will next ship out on 5/19/08. Items will be sent Priority Mail (1 - 3 day transit time) or First Class (1 - 4 day transit time) within the US. Overseas orders may take 1-2 weeks longer due to Customs. Items ordered together may ship separately. If you have any questions, just e-mail me, brandonbird@gmail.com

Do I have to sign up with PayPal to place an order?

Nope! When you proceed to Checkout, click the "I do not have a PayPal account" and you will be able to enter your credit card information as you would any other purchase.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. During checkout there will be a box for "other info." Write the new address and any instructions for me in there. Also, be sure to double-check your address when placing your order!

Will you send an e-mail confirmation when my order has been sent?

When your order goes through, you will receive a receipt e-mail from Paypal. This is proof that I have received your money (I get one of these too). I generally do not send my own follow-up e-mails unless there is a problem or delay of some kind, but if at any point you want an update on your order, do not hesitate to e-mail me, brandonbird@gmail.com.

How are prints packaged?

Mini-prints are sent flat in reinforced mailers, while larger prints are rolled in tubes.

What if something happens to my order in transit or I am unsatisfied in some way?

E-mail me and we'll work it out. Here's what Brian W. of Normal, IL had to say: "Thank you so much for sending me the new print of "Brave Cone Dog"! It's awesome and I've framed it and hung it up in my room in my apartment. All of my friends love it. Thank you so much for being so accomidating. I will definitely recommend you to my friends."

Why do your prints cost so much?

Comparable prints in galleries *start* at $75 roll on into the $100 range. I'm able to produce them on my own and therefore offer them for less. They are hand-signed, and printed with archival inks on nice paper.

What should I do with my prints?

You should have them professionally framed under real, UV-resistant glass. Protecting the print from sunlight and extremes of temperature and humidity will help make it last as long as possible.

Will you be offering other styles/sizes/prices of prints?

I'm always looking to try out new products, but sometimes I'm not sure of what's popular/would sell. If you'd like to see something that's not offered, go ahead and e-mail me, brandonbird@gmail.com.
